Convenient ski-in/ski-out location. Close to Shirakaba 2 double chair, Panorama double chair, and Adam Gondola. Clean hotel with sauna and public bath. Friendly and helpful staff

During my New Year's holiday, I enjoyed being able to ski in and out of my accommodation thanks to its location next to the ski lifts. to this convenient location, the hotel's facilities, such as the public bath and sauna, were very clean and well-maintained.
the carpets were dirty and had visible stains and mold.

Situated in a serene environment, the ski in/ski out access offered by this hotel is superb! With several ski lifts within proximity like the Adam Gondola and Shirakaba 2 double chair, it guarantees an easy skiing experience. the hotel is brightly illuminated, and the ambiance in the room is relaxing. the public bath and sauna, as well as the ski-lockers, are well maintained.
The bed linens could have been cleaner.

As an avid skier, I couldn't have asked for a better location for the hotel as it's situated right next to the ski lifts. The hotel offers great facilities such as a sauna and a public bath, and it was well-maintained in terms of its cleanliness. Furthermore, the staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming which enhanced my experience during my stay.

We enjoyed being in such a key location for skiing and being able to ski in and out of the hotel carpark. The sauna and public bath were a nice touch, making it easy to warm up after a day on the slopes. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
We had a terrible experience during our romantic escape. The pillows were way too soft for our liking and the lights in the room were dim which made it hard to read or plan the next day's activities.
